Should I use my insurance or Private Pay?
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Not all therapeutic services are reimbursable through insurance; it is your responsibility to verify the specifics of your coverage.
It is also important to note that utilization of your insurance coverage is typically based on "medical necessity," often requiring a psychiatric diagnosis. Please be aware once a psychiatric diagnosis is assigned through your insurance provider, we cannot control how your information is used once submitted.

Cash, Check, Health Savings Account cards (HSA), Flexible Spending Account cards (FSA)
All Major Credit Cards and debit cards accepted. Payment and co-payments is due at the time services are provided.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
